Big Millys Backyard

Big Milly's Backyard is a unique hotel located in Kokrobite, a village outside of Accra. The lodging consists of several African style huts with various amenities going from a very simple hut with an open air, cold-water-only shower and shared toilet, to a five person suite with AC, enclosed bathroom with hot water, and refrigerator.

All of the rooms have a certain African flair that keep visitors coming back over and over. They are nicely decorated, comfortable, and unique. The friendly staff, frequently changing menu of vegetarian, seafood and chicken dishes, and 24 hour bar are all added attractions.

Big Milly's also has the benefit of being situated along Kokrobite Beach. Though walking or swimming at night is not recommended, day time walks or simply looking out over the Atlantic ocean can be quite a treat and is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
